- Translate product requirements into factory-ready specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate sampling, production checkpoints, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
- Keep client and supplier decisions documented, practical, and commercially clear.
Good fit if
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and technical communication.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin fluency.
Commercial / growthSales ProfessionalView role
Business development focused on generating and managing inbound client opportunities.
You'll own
- Qualify product companies that need a more accountable sourcing process.
- Turn early conversations into clear briefs, useful next steps, and well-scoped opportunities.
- Build durable relationships across product, procurement, and operations teams.
Good fit if
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with China manufacturing and supply chain.
- English fluency required; Mandarin is a bonus.
